The hotel provided excellent service during my business trip. the staff's helpfulness and warm welcome made me feel at home right away. the location was also a plus, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants that served delicious foods. the cleanliness of the hotel really impressed me, from the lobby to the room, everything was spotless.
The breakfast arrangement could have been better. Unfortunately, the hotel's restaurant was closed during breakfast hours because of Ramadan, but I had booked with complimentary breakfast.

the staff were helpful when the breakfast was unavailable during Ramadan and bought us food from a nearby canteen. the room was clean and well-kept, however, the bathroom had a lingering smell that was unpleasant.

We had a great experience and a wonderful stay. The best aspects were the exceptional room cleanliness, helpful staff, convenient location, and delicious breakfast. The hotel facilities were top-notch with comfortable beds and a well-equipped room. The staff was always polite, courteous, and happy to assist us with any requests we had.

The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The location was also convenient being close to public transportation and some tourist attractions. One of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly staff who were always willing to assist me with any information I needed.
the staff provided an alternative breakfast from a nearby hospital canteen, which was not the most comfortable or pleasant dining experience. I was disappointed that the hotel did not clearly communicate the inaccessibility of the complimentary breakfast during the specific time period of the year.
